To make the world more fun, mobile game developer King buys AI platform Peltarion

Mobile game startup based in London and Stockholm Kingwhich developed games like Candy Crush, just acquired an artificial intelligence software company Peltarion.

Although financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed, the new purchase will accelerate the current use of AI and machine learning technology in King’s gaming platform. With this investment, it aims to continue to develop AI and machine learning capabilities to enable a new generation of innovative game design, development and live operations capabilities and to become a hub for the best global talents in gaming AI.
